How many Body Sculpting sessions are needed?

Body Sculpting has been getting more and more attention as a the natural and non-invasive way to reduce stubborn areas and sculpt the body without going under the knife.

One of the most common questions when it comes to getting Body Sculpting done is: "How many sessions are needed?"

Answer: There isn't a set amount that works for every individual.

The amount of sessions depends on your current shape and the goals that you wish to achieve. What is for certain is that the greater the change, the more sessions required.

Body Sculpting works best for those that are close to their goal weight or shape but are struggling to reduce a certain area or just need a little assistance to help give the body more shape, add more definition, or tighten up the skin after weight loss or pregnancy.

Each body area reacts differently as well as each individual, and some may require more sessions than others.  But also, results are seen quicker with the proper aftercare which includes:

  • Drinking at least 1 gallon of water a day

  • Have a high protein diet

  • Minimizing sugars and carbs from your diet

  • No alcohol

  • Have an active lifestyle

The reason: Body Sculpting works, but it doesn’t make sense to invest in treatments if there if there isn't an improvement in overall health. By not making any changes, any progress that is made will only bounce back to how the body started off.

With diet and exercise you cant pick and choose where you lose inches on the body, but with Body Sculpting, we target stubborn areas, break them down with technology such as laser lipo, ultrasonic cavitation and radio frequency and then incorporate wood and massage therapy to further break down and sculpt those stubborn areas. Once broken down, your body can either flush it out of your system through urine, sweat and/or bowel movement or it can use it as energy.

I do recommend a minimum of 6 sessions to start seeing the best results and sessions can be done as soon as every 5 days (to allow your body to fully flush out what was broken down in previous sessions).

All treatments are customized to your goals and body type to help achieve the best results. Bloat and water retention reduction can be seen right after the first session, but fat reduction doesn’t fully start showing until 3 days after treatment, and of course, with the proper aftercare.

It is important to understand that Body Sculpting is not a weight loss solution. It can assist as an accelerator in your weight loss journey and it can help sculpt the body but it is not the solution to make you lose weight. Weight loss is achieved through proper diet and exercise and is maintained by a change in lifestyle.
